Resilience Training:
The Success Factor of the Strong
Do you feel the increasing changes both inside and outside of work? Resilience research studies people who remain economically, psychologically, and socially successful in extremely stressful situations. This seminar helps you build resilience (i.e., the ability to withstand challenges) specifically in both professional and personal change processes.
