2. Witness Preparation: New Communication Strategies in Witness Preparation
The success of interrogations usually relies on a combination of good preparation, clear conversational goals, and the ability to motivate the respective witnesses/clients for honest testimony. All factors require systematic planning and situational practice for their secure application.
This seminar familiarizes you with NEW strategies for conversation planning and the use and impact of non-verbal signals. You acquire internationally recognized strategies to motivate both cooperative and uncooperative witnesses.

3. Coaching Clients/Witness Coaching
Coaching clients for national and international proceedings and interrogations takes place exclusively in collaboration with the supervising law firm.
