Due to the numerous company mergers and restructurings over the past 15 years, many of the conditions for successful change processes have been established. Research, particularly from American universities, has shown that the complete underestimation of psychological factors in change processes has significant consequences for employees. On the other hand, financial potentials and market opportunities have mostly been correctly assessed.

This training course aims to familiarize you with the emotional and psychological aspects of change management, including the conditions and effects of group dynamic changes. This will noticeably enhance your strategic ability to act and improve team building.

The overview of topics below illustrates the processes of change management. Naturally, this also includes an analysis of the current situation and motivations of your company, its leaders, and your employees. Methodology:

Lecture, self-assessment exercises, role-playing, group discussion, possibly video training. We will also train and apply a range of techniques, such as joint key figure evaluation, knowledge mapping, team cooperation development, vision prototypes, among others.

Seminar Goals for Participants:

To provide leaders with strategies to promote employee motivation in a process- and goal-oriented manner. In the seminar, you will learn how to recognize the diverse manifestations of your employees' creative potential and utilize them in the change process.
